Welcome to the Paper Submission portal for the 13th International Conference on Intelligent Embedded, MicroElectronics, Communication and Optical Networks (IEMECON 2025). We invite you to submit your groundbreaking research papers and explore the evolving realms of Artificial Intelligence, Micro-electronics, Embedded, Communication, and Optical Networks.

Instruction for Paper Submissions

All paper submissions will be managed through the Microsoft CMT system (Please see authors guidelines). Please ensure that your manuscript adheres strictly to the guidelines outlined below.

STEP 1: Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared according to the IEEE Template (available in both Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats).
  • The paper should not exceed 6 pages in double-column format.
  • Clearly highlight the novelty of your work in the introduction section and explain its relation to previous research.

STEP 2: Online Submission via Microsoft CMT

  • Submit your paper as a PDF file via the Microsoft CMT system.

  • The author(s), title, and abstract in your Microsoft CMT account must match exactly with those in the uploaded PDF.
  • Submissions that do not match will be withdrawn by the Technical Program Chairs / Co-Chairs.

Important Notes:

  • You may revise and resubmit your paper multiple times until the final deadline. Only the last version submitted before the deadline will be considered for review.
  • Once a paper has been assigned to the Technical Program Committee, resubmission is no longer allowed.
